Right of withdrawal

In line with consumer protection law, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us with an unambiguous statement (via the contact form or by e-mail to [POSTAVI e-mail trgovine]) including your order number, name and address.

Return conditions

• The product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging — for hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
• Send returns to: [POSTAVI adresu za povrate].
• The direct cost of the return is borne by the customer, except in the case of a complaint.
• We refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Complaints

If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 8 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. In that case we cover the return cost and either replace the product or refund you — your choice.

Consumer complaints

You can submit a written complaint to [POSTAVI e-mail trgovine] or by post to the merchant's address. We respond to complaints within 15 days of receipt.
