Cash on delivery
In the ZORÉA shop you pay exclusively on delivery: the order amount is paid to the courier in cash or by card when your parcel arrives. You never enter card or bank details on our website.

Order journey
- Received — your order has been placed and awaits confirmation.
- Confirmed — we're preparing your parcel.
- Shipped — the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Receiving your parcel
If the courier can't find you at the address, they'll leave a notice and attempt delivery again. You can also use the courier note at checkout to arrange details.
