Terms of purchase
1. General provisions
These Terms of Purchase are applied by Davor Kralj LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, Sussex County, United States, Registered in the State of Delaware, United States (the "Seller") to all sales contracts concluded through the web shop at https://davorkralj.eu.
2. Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately in the cart and at checkout, before you confirm the order. The price valid at the moment of placing the order applies.
3. Ordering
Products are ordered through the cart on the website. An order is received when the customer confirms checkout, upon which a confirmation with the order number is sent by e-mail. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
4. Payment
Payment is made exclusively by cash on delivery — in cash or by card to the courier upon delivery. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay on delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery is performed by GLS Croatia within Croatia in 1–3 business days. Shipping costs €4.50; orders over €40.00 ship free.
6. Withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions described on the Returns & complaints page.
7. Material defects
The Seller is liable for material defects of the products in accordance with the applicable law on obligations.
8. Products
All products are cosmetic products intended for external skin care. Read the ingredient list and warnings before first use; in case of known allergies, check the INCI list.
9. Disputes
We will always try to resolve disputes amicably. For consumer disputes, the court at the Seller's registered office has jurisdiction, and the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform may also be used.
